Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the MachQLabs Affiliate Programme.

The Affiliate Programme is operated by CLIENTMACH LTD (Company No. 15764475), trading as MachQLabs, a company registered in England & Wales.

By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the MachQLabs Affiliate Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, together with the MachQLabs Website Terms & Conditions, Legal Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to therein.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Programme, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;

  • be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and

  • provide accurate and complete information when applying to the programme.

MachQLabs reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or account at its sole discretion.

2. Lawful Promotion

Affiliates must promote MachQLabs products responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements in the jurisdictions in which they operate.

Where required by law, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive commission from purchases made through affiliate links.

3. Research Use Only

All MachQLabs products are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that MachQLabs products:

  • are not intended for human or animal consumption;

  • are not medicines, supplements, food products, cosmetics, or medical devices; and

  • are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or veterinary use.

Affiliates must promote products solely for their intended lawful research purposes and in a manner consistent with the MachQLabs Website Terms & Conditions and Legal Policy.

Affiliates must not state or imply that MachQLabs products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or alleviate any disease or medical condition.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or exaggerated claims about MachQLabs products;

  • publish fake testimonials, reviews, or endorsements;

  • engage in deceptive or misleading advertising practices;

  • send unsolicited marketing communications or spam;

  • misuse MachQLabs branding, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property;

  • represent themselves as employees, agents, or authorised representatives of MachQLabs; or

  • undertake any activity that could reasonably damage the reputation of MachQLabs or CLIENTMACH LTD.

5. Commissions

Commissions are payable only on qualifying sales tracked through an approved affiliate link.

MachQLabs reserves the right to withhold, adjust, refuse, or cancel commissions relating to refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, misuse of the programme, or breaches of these Affiliate Terms.

Commission rates, payment thresholds, and payment schedules may be amended by MachQLabs at any time.

6. Suspension and Termination

MachQLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Programme immediately where the affiliate:

  • breaches these Affiliate Terms;

  • promotes products unlawfully or outside their intended research use;

  • makes prohibited claims regarding MachQLabs products;

  • engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; or

  • otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the research-only nature of MachQLabs products.

Any unpaid commissions connected to such conduct may be withheld or forfeited.

Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease using all affiliate links and remove any MachQLabs branding and promotional materials from their websites, social media channels, and other marketing platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
