7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of products remains with CLIENTMACH LTD until payment has been received in full.

Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided, a nominated safe place, authorised recipient, or alternative location approved by the customer.

8. Lost or Missing Deliveries

Where a parcel is reported as lost or delayed, we will investigate with the courier before issuing any replacement or refund.

If a replacement or refund is issued and the original parcel subsequently arrives, you agree to either return the duplicate goods or pay for them.

Where a parcel is marked as delivered but reported stolen, we may request supporting evidence before considering any claim.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy.

Due to the specialist nature of research products, returns may not be accepted where products have been opened, used, damaged, or improperly stored.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable law.
